Please ensure that you provide the correct Order Code Number when completing your payment.
○ Payment Confirmation
An order will only be considered paid and confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Customers should not send payment to any account, number, or payment channel that has not been provided through our authorized WhatsApp payment process. If payment cannot be verified, processing and shipment of the order may be delayed.
○ Order Code Number
Your Order Code Number is unique to your order and should be kept available until your order has been fully processed and delivered. Please reference this number whenever contacting us regarding payment, order confirmation, shipping, or any other matter relating to your order.
